Bake Cycle Ready: Withstands high temperatures up to 130°C (266°F) for 40 minutes without adhesive failure.
Solvent Resistant: Natural rubber adhesive blocks penetration from automotive basecoats and clearcoats.
Contour Conformability: 155um crepe paper bends easily around irregular car body panels, side mirrors, and door handles.
Clean Release: Peels off cleanly from metal, glass, and rubber trims leaving no sticky residue after the bake cycle.
High Tensile Strength: Rated at >75 N/25mm to resist tearing and breaking when pulled from sharp metal edges.
Targeted Performance for Automotive Refinishing
Auto body shops require masking materials that perform under extreme heat and chemical exposure. This High Temperature Green Masking Tape (G190) features a specialized natural rubber adhesive built specifically for critical car paint refinishing. The 155um thick crepe paper acts as a secure physical barrier against overspray, holding firm along straight lines and complex body curves.
The tape tolerates baking oven temperatures up to 130°C (266°F) for 40 minutes. The natural rubber formula blocks solvents found in automotive paints from dissolving the adhesive, preventing messy cleanups and ruined paint jobs.

1.Clean the Panel: Wipe down the car body with a wax and grease remover. The surface must be completely dry before masking.
2.Apply to Contours: Press the tape firmly around curves, using the 7% elongation to bend the crepe paper without snapping it.
3.Paint and Bake: Apply solvent-based paints and run the vehicle through the bake cycle.
4.Remove at an Angle: Pull the tape back slowly at a 45-degree angle while the paint is still warm for the cleanest release.
